Circuit Card Assembly

Circuit card assembly is the core of what we do. We specialize in high-mix mission critical electronics for programs where quality is non-negotiable from NPI through full rate production. 

We maintain on-site certified trainers and every operator is certified to support the standards your program requires.

We offer both turnkey and consignment models including space-level turnkey procurement and work with leading franchised distributors including Avnet, Arrow, TTI, Future, and Digi-Key. Every part is tracked with full traceability from receiving through kitting and disbursement.

Tin Mitigation

Tin whisker contamination can cause risks in mission-critical electronics. Our proprietary technology restores components to a solderable condition without thermal shocking the components.

This is one of the specialized services we offer that many competitors don’t. For programs with long lead times, aging inventory, or strict whisker mitigation requirements, tin mitigation is essential, and we do it in-house to cut down turn-around time.
